It was a very bright sunny day today even though it was freezing. There was not much wind so I braved the cold to run outside instead of on the treadmill. I ran the route I used to walk about once a week through Summer. This is the furtherest I have run outdoors.
I will be getting a gps watch soon to measure the distance of where I run but I think it was a 9km route. It took just under an hour and a half to run almost the same distance which took two hours to walk. I did stop to take a few photos along the way of the lovely scenery. I will upload and share them here soon.
